COVID-19
In response to the threat posed by COVID-19, CWAS has made the very difficult decision to put on hold all public programs. Difficult because we know how important it is to many of you, as well as ourselves, to be outside in nature. We also know and appreciate how important it is to stay in touch with all that’s going on in the news as it relates to the environment.
In many ways however, this was an easy decision - health and safety always come first.
We have opted to hold as many programs as we can by Zoom which is surely something you’ve gotten accustomed to by now. We know it’s not ideal but we have found the engagement rate is higher than ever and we have been able to bring you speakers we’d otherwise not be able to connect with.
Please, stay safe, stay in when you can and know that we’ll be here when it’s safe to return.
